Shipping Policy

Due to the evolving situation with COVID-19, we're offering free shipping on all orders over $100 and $9.95 flat rate for orders under $100.

Cummins' six Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) in Canada enable us to deliver products to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be processed by the nearest PDC. Below is a list of PDCs supporting all the Provinces and Territories across Canada.

Shipping and order fulfillment guidelines:

Standard Shipping: Applicable to orders shipped to all Provinces /  Territories except Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. This is the default shipping method on all orders and products will be shipped using Purolator Ground service. Once the product is shipped it typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on the distance from your nearest PDC.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders of $200 or more (order maximum weight: 150 lb). Restrictions Apply. 
  • Flat Rate Shipping: On orders below $200 a flat shipping charge of $20 will be applied to the order

Order Maximum Weight: 150 lb (All Provinces/Territories except NT, NU and YT). A flat rate shipping charge of $20 will be applicable to all orders over 150lbs.

Weight Based Shipping: Applicable to orders shipped to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. Orders will be shipped via. Purolator or Canada Post depending on type of product, shipping address and package type.

Weight and Flat Shipping Charge:

Weight 0-20 lb: $50 (YT & NT), $75 (NU)

Weight 20-40 lb: $100 (YT & NT), $150 (NU)

Weight 40-60 lb: $150 (YT & NT), $225 (NU)

Order Maximum Weight: 60 lb (NT, NU and YT)

Shipping Address: The shipping address can be a residential or commercial address in Canada. We do not ship to any international addresses, including addresses in the United States.

Order Fulfillment: Your items are expected to ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order, if all items are in-stock. Shipments should generally arrive 5 - 10 business days depending on part(s) availability and location of order. Orders will be shipped using Standard Shipping.

No orders will be fulfilled on Saturday or Sunday and will be fulfilled the next business day. You will be notified if items are out of stock or back ordered via email within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of order.

Eligible Products: All products are eligible for Standard Shipping, with the exception of the product categories listed below:

Products not eligible for Standard Shipping (Eligible for Store Pick-Up Only or Shipping with additional charges):

  • Dangerous goods – e.g. Batteries
  • Products that require Special Handling – e.g. Pail of Oil or Coolant
  • Products exceeding weight limit specific to Provinces / Territories

If your order contains any of the items that are not eligible for Standard Shipping the entire order will be eligible for Store pick-up only. If shipping is required, please let us know and we can arrange for shipping with additional charges.

Store Pick-Up: Store Pick-Up is the default option on shopcummins.ca and you can choose to pick-up your order for free from any of our 27 locations in Canada. As soon as the order is ready for pick-up we will send you a notification email. Based on parts availability, we will aim to have your order ready for pickup within 3-5 business days and notify you when your order is ready.

Note: Orders will not be fulfilled on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
